The ground floor extension on this split level home on a sloping site, required the design team to remove an outdoor lean to and extend a kitchen family and meals area out to meet a new deck/alfresco area.
The peep windows in the kitchen create a feeling of space. The master bedroom was renovated and extended and an ensuite was added. We created a new bathroom and laundry area. The alfresco area is set off the living area and merges with the newly landscaped garden. The overall effect is that of a modern open living area flooded with natural light and garden views.
