When designing this beautiful two story extension and renovation the designer, Bryn, had been given the brief of creating a new area upstairs for adult children and then freeing up space downstairs.
The upstairs extension consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living zone and a balcony area. Downstairs we created a completely new dining area and living zone using space taken from an old bedroom. A contemporary staircase design was used to connect the two areas and the balcony and deck area upstairs created a connection to the outdoor area and overlooked the garden space. This home was transformed into a modern and functional family home with contemporary design and great use of space.
