The brief from this client required the designer Bryn, to grow a small period house into a more family friendly size.
An external verandah was integrated into the design to create space and support the ground floor extension which incorporated a new family zone, kitchen, powder room and laundry. The final effect was enhanced by a beautiful deck space which once again gave a free flowing area from living zone to outside. The final look complements the home and integrates modern design with the period character of the house.
