Designed by Jim Despotellis, this project called for a modern design that added a two story addition and downstairs areas to be morphed old with new, all keeping cost within a designated budget.
Jim’s amazing design enabled us to provide a modern bedroom and bathroom upstairs, accessed by a beautiful modern staircase with copious natural lighting, which enhanced the illusion of space. Downstairs we modernized the old, and consequently created a new kitchen, meals and family area, with a stunning contemporary presentation, all of which kept within budget and complemented the current dwelling. The final outcome was of a modern, light and elegant home with a contemporary feel contained within an existing exterior design.
