We recommend the use of "PRELIMINARY AGREEMENTS".

The agreements provides for the checking of existing structural and foundation issues thus allowing for a totally fixed price prior to the preparation of a BUILDING CONTRACT.

Each project is covered individually by Home Owners Warranty insurance providing for 6 years protection on structural issues after completion and any minor faults for a period of two years

All works are carried out under a building permit issued by an independent REGISTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR periodically inspecting the construction and on completion of project, issuing a certificate of satisfactory completion.
