Our buying power with trade suppliers enables us to pass on savings to our clients.
With all contracts we use the HIA plain English Contract which is approved by all the associated Government and Industry Bodies. This provides for a fixed price and fixed term contract.
Security/Guarantees
We use Preliminary Agreements at the first stage of the home extension design process.
The agreements outline the work to be done, including the checking of existing structure and foundations.
The detailed site investigation and comprehensive design service we provide allows for a fixed price prior to the preparation of a Building Contract.
Each project is covered individually by Home Owners Warranty, providing for six years and nine months insurance cover.
All works are carried out under a building permit issued by an independent Registered Building Surveyor. The Building Surveyor periodically inspects the construction, and on completion of project issues a certificate of satisfactory completion.
